- Each order includes the box with your personalised sticker already applied.
Important Note
- Matches are not included due to Australia Post regulations.
Box Size
- 55 mm (suits matchsticks sized 40–50 mm)

Before completing your order, please review the following important points:

Spelling and Details
Please check all names, dates, and wording carefully. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer. -
Order Changes
Once your order has been sent to production, no changes can be made.
If you notice a mistake, email sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au within 5 hours of placing your order. Design and production usually begin quickly, so after this window, changes are not possible. -
Matches Not Included
Boxes are supplied empty. Matches cannot be included due to Australia Post regulations (classified as a dangerous good). -
