Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Design & Production Lead Times

All our products are made to order and require production time before dispatch. Lead times vary by product:

  • Edible Cocktail Toppers – standard production: 7–14 business days (or as otherwise noted on product pages).

  • Paper Stationery – standard production: 14–28 business days, depending on complexity and volume.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak sales or promotional periods, production timelines may extend. Where applicable, published cut-off dates apply (see Special Events policy).

Please factor both production and shipping time when placing your order.

2) Shipping Methods (Australia Only)

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only using Australia Post trackable services:

  • Standard Post: 2–8 business days (depending on region).

  • Express Post: 2–5 business days (depending on region).

A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received your tracking confirmation.

3) Delivery Timeframes & Limitations

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary by location and carrier performance.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post.

  • Delays caused by the carrier (including but not limited to strikes, weather disruptions, or backlogs) are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

  • Once Australia Post marks an order as delivered, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or failure to collect, re-delivery fees will apply. Perishable/edible items cannot be resold, therefore refunds will not be available in these cases.

4) Receipts & Documentation

A digital receipt will be emailed automatically. If you require a printed copy included with your order, please contact sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au prior to dispatch.

5) International Orders

At this stage, we service Australia only. International orders are not yet accepted. We anticipate extending our service to international customers in 2026.

6) Holiday Season Policy 2025

Please take a moment to carefully read the information below to ensure your toppers arrive at the expected time.

General Notice

From 17 November 2025 to 5 January 2026, we will be operating with reduced capacity and limited stock availability.


Our website will remain open for customers to enjoy our annual sale; however, please note that orders placed after the cut-off dates will be processed once we return on 5 January 2026.

Ready-to-Order Toppers

(Including Christmas, Wedding Collection, and New Year toppers)

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place it before 14 December 2025.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed 10–16 November → dispatch 18 November

  • Orders placed 17–23 November → dispatch 24 November

  • Orders placed 24–30 November → dispatch 1 December

  • Orders placed 1–7 December → dispatch 8 December

  • Orders placed 8–14 December → dispatch 15 December (final cut-off for Christmas deliveries)

Important:
Orders for Christmas or New Year toppers placed after 14 December 2025 will not be dispatched until January 2026.
Stock is limited; once sold out, no further packs will be produced for this season.

Personalised, Bulk & Semi-Custom Toppers

The final day to order personalised or bulk toppers for pre-Christmas delivery is Saturday, 15 November 2025.

Important:
Any personalised, semi-custom, or bulk order placed from 16 November 2025 to 4 January 2026 will be queued and processed starting 5 January 2026.

Order Early and Save

If your event takes place in late January 2026 or later, you can still place your order during the sale period.
Production will simply resume once the studio reopens on 5 January 2026.

This allows you to secure our holiday sale pricing ahead of time while ensuring your order is produced once operations recommence.

Black Friday Sale

Our Black Friday Sale will run from 14 November to 28 November 2025 (11:59 pm) or until stock is sold out.
During this time, customers can enjoy up to 40% off all edible cocktail toppers.

Studio Closure

Our studio will be closed from 15 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
Orders will continue to be accepted during this time, but will not be processed or shipped until operations resume on 5 January 2026.
