Ready to Order Toppers⌃
Which toppers are these:
Every design in our Ready to Order collection. This includes our Monogram and Married Name toppers, where you add your own initials, name or date to an existing design.
How to order:
Choose your favourite design, fill in any prompts on the product page, and proceed to checkout.
Once your order has been placed:
Production takes approximately 5 business days after purchase.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Total timeline estimate:
Approx. 1 week (+ shipping)
Kindly order at least 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping:
Shipping time depends on your postcode and selected shipping method at checkout.
Please note: No mock-up will be sent prior to printing. If you would like to review your Monogram or Married Name design before production, please leave us a note at checkout. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Personalised/Bulk Designs⌃
Which toppers are these:
Our Fully Custom, Personalised “About Us” and Bulk and Save toppers, where we design something just for you.
How to order:
Browse our website or Instagram for inspiration, then head to our Personalised Toppers page. Complete the boxes with as much detail as possible and proceed to checkout.
Design:
Approximately 5 business days after purchase, you will receive an email with a mock-up of your design for approval.
Production:
Production takes approximately 5 business days after design approval.
Total timeline estimate:
Approx. 2 weeks (+ shipping), depending on how quickly you approve your mock-up
Kindly order at least 3 weeks ahead of your event to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping:
Shipping time depends on your postcode and selected shipping method at checkout.
Review your mock-up carefully for any spelling errors, feedback or changes. One complimentary revision is included.
If written approval is not received within 5 business days of us sending the mock-up, we will assume approval and proceed to production.
Christmas/New Years Toppers⌃
Christmas & New Year's Eve toppers follow our Ready to Order process and timelines outlined above (unless personalisation is needed).
Christmas 2026 order cut-off dates:
Ready to order toppers (including Monogram, Married Name, Numerical B-day and Milestone Birthday): order by Sunday 13 December 2026.
Fully Custom, personalised and bulk toppers: order by Sunday 6 December 2026.
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas.
We highly recommend ordering your New Year's Eve toppers at the same time as your Christmas toppers to avoid holiday shipping delays and ensure both arrive on time 🎄✨
GENERAL
What are they made of?
They are made out of Potato Starch (Wafer paper) and edible inks.
They are Vegan, Kosher, and Gluten free.
Do they have a taste?
No, the toppers are tasteless so they won't compromise the flavours of your drink.
How do I know what size to order?
You only need to tell us the diameter of your glasses. Based on our experience, we will print the most suitable size.
Measure your glass mouth size
Before ordering, take a moment to measure the mouth size of the glasses you intend to use for displaying our edible toppers. This measurement is essential to tailor the toppers precisely to your needs.
Venue inquiries
If your event will be hosted at a venue, reach out to the vendor, bartender, event coordinator, or venue manager responsible for the beverage service. Ask them for details about the glasses they will be using, specifically the mouth size.
Pre-select your drinks (if you can)
We recommend pre-selecting the drinks or cocktails that will be served at your event. This way you or your venue will have an easy time figuring out the mouth size.
If no mouth size is provided
If you are unable to provide the mouth size of your glasses, or opt not to, by default we will create toppers measuring around 55mm (depending on the design chosen). While these might fit some glasses, keep in mind that the perfect fit might be missed without your specific measurements.
How long do they take to dissolve?
It's all about whether you're a natural dancer with a drink in hand or more of a sit-down enthusiast.
When the glass stands still, the toppers party on for hours, but drinks aren't here for a snooze fest – they're here to be sipped and enjoyed.
So, with all that glass shaking and moving, your drink might high-five the topper a few times and hence they will start to dissolve.
But don't stress about the clock, you've got time to enjoy your drink, and of course, take some pics.
What are your lead times?
Ready to order toppers (including Monogram and Married Name): about 1 week to make, plus shipping time. Please order at least 2 weeks before your event.
Personalised and bulk toppers: about 2 weeks to design and make, plus shipping time. Please order at least 3 weeks before your event.
Every product page shows the date your order will leave our studio if you order today. Each step is explained in the process section above.
When is the Christmas order cut-off?
For delivery before Christmas 2026, please order by:
Sunday 13 December 2026 for ready to order toppers, including Monogram, Married Name, Numerical B-day and Milestone Birthday.
Sunday 6 December 2026 for Fully Custom, personalised and bulk toppers.
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas. Our studio is not closing over the holiday season this year.
Do you sell samples?
Yes, yes we do!
Do you provide digital proof of my design?
We only provide digital proofs for personalised designs.
For Monogram and Married Name toppers, leave us a note at checkout if you would like to see your design before we print.
Please refer to our process above for timeframes.
What if I want to order a combination of ready to order and personalised toppers?
Before placing your order, we would like to draw your attention to our lead times to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
If you need the ready to order toppers sooner than the personalised toppers, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch orders separately.
Therefore, if you decide to combine ready to order toppers with personalised toppers, please base your decision on the longest lead time.
We will dispatch the entire order once we finalise the production of ALL items.
Are there any limitations for personalised designs?
We currently can’t print complex photos, 3D-style designs, metallic finishes such as gold or silver, or dark full-coverage backgrounds. Our process works best with plain colour formats, so while we can create lovely, simple, and elegant pieces, some of the more intricate effects may not be achievable with our current equipment and materials.

How to store wafer paper?
Try to keep the toppers inside of the pack until your big fiesta and store them in a cool dry place.
They should be safe in your pantry.
Steer clear of refrigeration and warm places – these two can lead to the paper becoming tender, resulting in melting and altering their form.
How long does wafer paper last?
It's advised to utilise it within a year from the time of purchase.
This is because the paper loses moisture and becomes fragile as time goes on.

How much is postage?
The shipping cost and time frame for Australian orders will depend on the weight and size of the order.
Since our products are customisable, this will be calculated during check out for our collections and quoted for our bespoke designs.
What are your shipping timeframes within Australia?
These are estimated shipping times only and do not include design and production time.
NSW, QLD, SA: 2-5 business days
VIC, ACT: 3-6 business days
WA, TAS, NT: 4-10 business days
Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet, Australia only.
But we do have plans to ship worldwide in the near future.
Do you provide a rush order service?
Yes, we do, for our edible toppers! Select Priority Express - Skip the Line at checkout.
Ready to order toppers leave our studio within 3 business days.
Personalised and bulk toppers leave our studio within 5 business days, as long as your mock-up is approved promptly.
Express shipping is already included in the cost, and each product page shows the exact date if you order today.
Please note: while we prioritise design, production and dispatch, shipping timeframes are ultimately outside of our control. Priority Express may not be available during our busiest season, from November to January.
