From 17 November 2025 to 5 January 2026, we’ll be short-staffed with limited stock availability.

Please take a moment to carefully read the information below to ensure toppers arrive at the expected time.

READY TO ORDER TOPPERS

To ensure delivery before Christmas and New Year, kindly place it before our cut-off date of 14 DECEMBER 2025.

SHIPPING INFO

  • Orders placed Nov 10 –16 → ship Nov 18
  • Orders placed Nov 17–23 → ship Nov 24
  • Orders placed Nov 24–30 → ship Dec 1
  • Orders placed Dec 1–7 → ship Dec 8
  • Orders placed Dec 8–14 → ship Dec 15 (final cut-off for Christmas)

IMPORTANT

  • Christmas orders placed after the cut-off date (14th of December) will not be dispatched until January 2026
  • Limited stock available — once sold out, we won’t be making more packs this year!

SEMI-CUSTOM, PERSONALISED & BULK TOPPERS

To ensure delivery before Christmas and New Year, the last day to order semi-custom, personalised, or bulk toppers is 15 NOVEMBER 2025.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any personalised/bulk order placed between 16th November – 4th January 2026 will be queued and processed starting 5th January 2026, with shipping resuming 12th of January 2026.

IMPORTANT

Personalised orders placed after the cut-off date (15th of November)  will not be dispatched until January 2026

CHRISTMAS & NY TOPPERS

Go for it! You can absolutely place your order during the sale — production will simply resume once we’re back on 5 January 2026.

And remember — our toppers have a shelf life of 1 year, so ordering early is never a problem!
