Considerations for Personalised Matchboxes

Before completing your order, please review the following important points:

Spelling and Details

Please check all names, dates, and wording carefully. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled and no changes can be made once your order has been sent to production.

If you notice a mistake, email sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.

Matches Not Included

Boxes are supplied empty — matches cannot be included due to Australia Post regulations (classified as a dangerous good). Matchbox supplied with your custom sticker/label already applied.

No Photo Uploads

We cannot print metallic colours, such as silver or gold, and we cannot print photographs of people, pets, landscapes, or other photographic images. What we can print: logos, monograms, artwork, sketches, illustrations, or text-based designs.

Design & Quantity

Minimum order is 30 matchboxes per design. One design covers up to 30 boxes — if you'd like two different designs, you'll need 60 boxes total (30 boxes per design).

Lead Times

Allow between 3 to 4 weeks.

• Design: 7–10 days
• Production: 7–10 days
• Plus shipping (time depends on your location)

Rush option: available at checkout as Priority Express — 3–5 days for both design and production plus express shipping.

Shipping

We are not responsible for postal delays once orders have been dispatched.
