Considerations & Conditions — Camera Wraps

Kindly Note

• Once production starts, we cannot make any changes to the order.
• Limited to 1 design per pack.
• Cameras are not included with the wraps.
• Our wraps are designed specifically for Kodak Funsaver and Kodak 27 Exposure disposable cameras.

How to Order

1. Fill Out the Prompts — Start by filling out the prompts with all your event details and design preferences.
2. Add to Your Cart — Once you're happy with everything, add the product to your cart and proceed with checkout.
3. Mock-Up Approval — After placing your order, we'll send you a digital mock-up of your design for your approval before we move forward with printing.

Design Approval & Accuracy

Please check your supplied details carefully, including the spelling of names, dates, and any custom text. Production will follow the information and artwork provided exactly as submitted — we are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied details that were approved at the mock-up stage.

Your order includes 1 free round of revisions to your mock-up. Additional rounds of changes beyond this may incur an extra fee, which we'll let you know about before proceeding.

Colour Accuracy

Colours may appear slightly different on screen versus the final printed product, due to differences in device and monitor settings.

I Have a Design I Would Like You to Print but I'm Unsure if My Design/Logo Will Look Good

We can definitely print your design! However, we may need to make slight adjustments to ensure it fits the camera wraps properly.

If you're unsure whether your design will work, feel free to email us at sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au with your ideas, logo, or design. We'll happily check it for you before you place your order!

We currently can't print complex photos or 3D-style designs. Our process focuses on plain colour formats, so while we can create lovely, simple, and elegant pieces, some of the more intricate effects might not be achievable with our current equipment.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before production has started, a partial refund will be issued — the design fee is non-refundable to cover work already completed. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Processing & Production Times

Please allow at least 1 month's notice before your event. Here's how the timeline breaks down:

Standard

• Design: 5 business days from your ordering date
• Production: 5–7 business days from your mock-up approval date
• Shipping: calculated at checkout, on top of the above

In total, standard orders typically take around 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

Priority Express — Skip the Line (available at checkout)

• Design: 1–2 business days from your ordering date
• Production: 1–2 business days from your mock-up approval date
• Shipping: express shipping included, 2–4 business days depending on postcode

In total, Priority Express gets everything to you in around 1 week — nearly half the standard turnaround.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors.

Shipping, Loss & Damage

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by our courier. While we take care to package every order well, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit.
