Terms and Conditions for Cocktail Topper Orders

By placing an order with Oh My! Design Studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

General Conditions

  • Each pack is limited to one (1) design only.

  • Once production has commenced, no changes or alterations to the order can be made.

Design & Print Limitations

If you’re unsure whether your artwork is suitable, email it to sales@ohmydesignstudio.com.au before placing your order.

We cannot print:

  • Photographs (people, animals, plants, places)

  • Metallic finishes (gold, silver, metallic tones)

  • Very light or bright colours (these may not print clearly on translucent wafer paper)

We can print:

  • Simple logos

  • Drawings & doodles

  • Monograms & phrases

👉 A mock-up will always be provided for personalised toppers before production begins.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided if you approve unsuitable colours against our recommendations.

Glass Diameter & Topper Sizing

  • Customers must provide the correct glass diameter.

  • Do not leave this field blank.

  • Do not enter a topper size in the “glass diameter” field — instead, request sizing in the comments section.

Our Standard Practice:
Toppers are printed 1.5–2 cm smaller than the glass diameter provided.

Size Guide

5 cm glass → 3–3.5 cm topper
6 cm glass → 4–4.5 cm topper
7 cm glass → 5–5.5 cm topper
8 cm glass → 6–6.5 cm topper
…and so on.

Customer Responsibility

  • Measure your glassware (mouth size of the glasses).

  • Confirm with your venue if unsure — bartenders/event coordinators can advise.

  • Pre-select drinks where possible so glassware sizes are known.

If no measurement is provided, toppers will default to ~5.5 cm, which may not be a perfect fit.

  • Already discounted (no extra codes apply).

  • Normally, 100 personalised toppers = $200.

  • Bulk & Save: 100 toppers for $100 (50% off).

Standard Production

  • 10–12 business days for design + production

  • 2–8 business days for shipping

Priority Production

  • Design + production completed within 3 business days

  • Express shipping included in the price (2–3 business days)

FAQs

What if I don't provide a mouth size?

If No Mouth Size is Provided:

In case you are unable to provide the mouth size of your glasses or opt not to.

By default, we will create
toppers measuring 60mm x 30mm. While these might fit some cocktail glasses, keep in mind that the perfect fit might be missed without your specific measurements.

What are they made of?

They are made out of Potato Starch (Wafer paper) and edible inks.

They are Vegan, Kosher, and Gluten free.

Do they have a taste?

No, the toppers are tasteless so they won't compromise the flavours of your drink.

How long do they take to dissolve?

it's all about whether you're a natural dancer with a drink in hand or more of a sit-down enthusiast.

When the glass stands still, the toppers party on for hours, but drinks aren't here for a snooze fest – they're here to be sipped and enjoyed.

So, with all that glass shaking and moving, your drink might high-five the topper a few times and hence they will start to dissolve.

But don't stress about the clock, you've got a solid few minutes to enjoy your drink, and of course, take some pics.

How long does wafer paper last?

It's advised to utilise it within a year from the time of purchase.

This is because the paper loses moisture and becomes fragile as time goes on.

How to store wafer paper?

Try to keep the toppers inside of the pack until your big fiesta and store them in a cool dry place.

They should be safe in your pantry.

*Steer clear of refrigeration and warm places – these two can lead to the paper becoming tender, resulting in melting and altering their form.

What are your lead times?

Bespoke:

Please keep in mind these are general guides only and actual time frame may vary depending on several factors, such as how promptly we receive approval of the design and the changes made to the artwork.

Do you sell samples?

Do you provide digital proof of my design?

We only provide digital proofs for Bespoke designs.


After purchase kindly allow us 2-3 business days to work on your design and we will send over a mockup of the toppers.

What happens after I place a BESPOKE order?

2-3 working days after purchase you will receive an email with a mockup of your design (Make sure to check your SPAM).

Once the design is approved we will start production. - Production can take up to 3 business days.

Note: If you are not satisfy with the design you are entitled to 1 more round of changes.

If additional adjustments are needed beyond the included round, a $10AUD per proof will be required.

This policy ensures that the design process is efficient and streamlined for both the customer and the company.

Once the purchase is made, our production process will commence. Production can take 2-3 business days (Make sure to check your SPAM).

Just hold tight until you get that shipping heads-up!

It's important to note that for semi-custom designs, we do not provide proofs or permit additional modifications.
